writing a paper about my social structure and need some ideas or help

So I am analyzing my roles and groups, and social institutions and have to writee how they influence my perceptions and begaviors and why. I stuck though, Im not sure i quite understand what to write. Can someone give me examples?

It's all about people-watching. This is basically your daily life in society that's the assignment. Take note of your peer groups, ones you belong to and the ones you don't. Pay attention to your own reactions to the different kinds of people and groups around you.

Its basically how do external forces (specifically with people) influence you internally. Thought pattern, behavior, etc.
