Some people will want to go to uni, but that route really isn't for me to be honest.
I just want to get out of the education system and into the world of work and start fullfilling my dreams of becoming a sucessful person in the ICT side of life, getting a bit of money to get through life and just live it to the full

But what are your plans for when you leave school or college?

I'm going to have a gap year before starting University. I plan on joining Greenpeace for a few months abroad and going travelling with my best friends across Europe. It'll be great to take a break from education and gain some real life experience.

Now that I'm out of school, and have been for quite some time, my plan is to get back in.

Go to uni. Seriously. You don't need a degree to be successful, but unfortunately most managers and HR reps believe that you do. Your resume will likely be thrown out in the first round of reviews if you don't have a degree.

I dropped out of uni. I'm pretty successful, but I've had to work 3 times harder than peers with a degree.

I do understand were you are coming from, dont get me wrong, but i dont feel that uni is really my thing at this moment in time.
I have another year and 3/4 left of college maybe my views will change and soon i may be posting a topic asking for good uni's in England

thanks for your wisdom, hope things are all going well for you

finsih college, go to uni, get a job, plunge my life into nothingness and die alone
the usual thing that happens, not the dream but what use is a dream if you i'm not going to act on it.

Perhaps if you went to university you'd be better at spelling though.

I would like to be the Dux at High School or Head Prefect.

Then Attend New Zealand's reknown medical faculty (Auckland Medical School) and study Bachelor of Health Science and then 5 year Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery. I want to own my own house in 30 and kids (maybe adoption) by 40.

Very big plans but I am kind of targeted on them. STUDENT LOANS HERE I COME!
