I'm probably not quite as informed as those your side of the Atlantic ... but this side of the pond he's being portrayed as 'a safe pair of hands' ... experienced in those areas that Obama is lacking.

Hmm, pro-abortion, anti-gun, a general all around jerk...

....I'm not much of a fan.

From what I've seen of him over the years, he seems to be a good person.
He'll say what he has to.

He's aligned however, with the party of Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, Nancy Pelosi, Barney Frank, . . . Definitely not my crowd.

I judge them by the company they keep.

it is clearly a mute point, but I would be more interested in a Biden-Obama ticket then an Obama-Biden ticket.

Biden is fairly well respected and has considerably more experience then Obama.

For me...Biden for 4 to 8 years then an Obama run for the presidency would have made more sense.

But...it is a mute point.

Biden tried and couldn't make the ticket.

When did I say that Joe Biden's stances on the issues made him a jerk?

He's an arrogant a*****e. He's an agressive, angry man who won't hesitate to attack and sling mud at his opponents.

TBH he's not had that much press ... what he has had has been ok.

Now .. if he was to start wearing lipstick ... then that would be a story!

Especially if he started to 'oink' at every press conference.

I see you were just listing qualities. To me it looked like he's pro choice, anti-gun which makes him a jerk. I apologize.

anyway that thing about him being agressive and slinging mud, reminds me of another candidate running for the white house.

I said he was pro-abortion, anti-gun, and THEN I said he was an all around jerk because he's angry and agressive.

Really? Who?
