paying for the first 3 meals

i read that a gentlemen pays for the 1st 3 meals and by the 4th the woman is supposed to offer to pick up the bill
other wise there classed as gold diggers and always expect the guy to pay for it all???

I would always offer, but secretly hope that the guy i was with would turn around and say that i don't have to pay.

Um I don't know. I think it depends on the people involved. But it's been a long long long time since I dated, so no clue anymore.

JMO, you can't go dutch when dating But I think at some point the woman should offer to buy. And she should be asking him out for stuff too if things are going well. and once you become famialair with each other, patterns for that set in place.

First date or not i always offer to pay for my half of the bill, If I were the inviter then i would pay if it were him then he would pay, its worked well so far lol
