I operate four computers plus a Notebook at three locations. Three of these computers will access secure sites and one, plus the Notebook will not log on to any site that has https as the Domain.

I have searched the Web and found sites that claim a fix but none has solved my problem. Does anyone have a solution?

On the Notebook there is a ? on the Phishing filter.

Would appreciate some help on this.

Yes, They are all on Explorer 7. I have tried switching to FireFox and that made no difference.

I have seen a number of postings where others have had a similar problem but no solutions.

I can only think it is an encyrption problem but I dont know where to start.

https is a secure server, 'tis what the 's' is for.

What operating system is running your notebook?
Perform a clean boot and try accessing the website. If you can access the sites after a clean boot ... your problem lies with the applications that you disabled to perform the clean boot
