Turkey mince/ground turkey

what to do with it?

I was going to make a turkey meatloaf but right now i have to be extremely careful what i am eating, i cannot eat peppers or chillis.

So i am considering turkey meatballs.

Any ideas? i cant have hardly any fat and i cant use spices or peppers

Yes, I've made shepherds pie with it also, how about a lasagne made with your own low fat white sauce, or you can buy it ready made.

Meatballs sound good too.

I would go with a white chilli with turkey or chicken.

ewwww...THROW IT AWAY or cook up something for some homeless guy with it. nasty stuff.
