"Rapist" found innocent by the Court

did it say why she made all that up? and how could she drag her daughter in2 something like that thats not true?

yes. Definitely. That poor bloke, if he didn't do anything then why should he be labelled as a rapist even though he didn do it, and she's getting away scott free.

I person not being convicted doesn't mean he didn't do it, it means the court wasn't able to definitely say without doubt that he did. It would not be justice to assume that because he wasn't convicted that she was lying. That's not how the court system works.

Thing is the rapist label tends to stick even if you have been found innocent, not sure if she should be named as the kiddy will only suffer for it but the woman should be done for wasting time and runing that mans life.

if the women does admit a false claim, she shouldbe named and shamed cause if the bloke is truly innocent then his life will still be made hell just because of her.

well maybe the daughter shouldn't be with the mother, god if she can accuse someone of that what else is she capable of?

i tend to think well never know the truth, perhaps she should have to be put through a lie detector test and the results be made public, might ease the pain for the guy

I agree...but then again the kids gonna suffer being seperated from its parent, unless of cause theres abuse going on.
