| Well I managed to put both my loan payments and my other payment that I owe to Directv on hold until I come home in December. They won't kill my pockets at all while I'm away. I'm still $20 in debt due to some unexpected payments. I'm probably going to end my payments for Zune and Netflix until I return. In total those will take about 17 bucks out of my account a month. Don't have money to have them take any out so...... I kind of saved myself. If I am not mistaken, TD bank won't take money out of my account for the overdraft fee until I bring my money back to a decent amount. You live and you learn I guess. | |

I have two jobs! I went to my orientation at Express earlier today. My only challenge as of right now is to get some more clothing at Express and try to fit both job schedules without screwing myself over. I am pretty happy and I have found out, that on average each month, I will be receiving 5-6 paychecks each month.  That is money in my pocket! | |

| I am quite happy with what's happening so far. I've been unemployed for over a week now. Surprisingly, I was called by Express, and had an interview with them yesterday. I then called the retail store, Shop Rite. Now I have an interview today at 1:15pm. If things go well with her calling my references, I will go to my job orientation for Express on Saturday! Things are starting to look up. Thank God! Who knows, I might get hired by Shop Rite as well. | |

| Well, this feeling I now have is unexpected. To start things off I had a really good weekend in NJ. Got to hang out with my cousin and the Pastor's son (who is a childhood friend of mine) and we went to NY. We went to J'ouvert and saw the Labor Day Parade. Got to see my older sister and father. I also got to job search. I already filled out and brought in/submitted multiple job applications with more being filled out. Today we are heading back to Massachusetts and I didn't want to leave at all. So far in NJ, even though it is usually boring, I don't go through drama, I don't have to worry about if someone likes me or not or is a true friend. People there love me for me. I'm still observing my friends and I don't know who is true or not. I used to be neutral, but now I cant wait to move. | |

Well, I just want to be the first to say that I messed up badly in this situation. In other words, I f***ed up. Excuse the language, but I did. Due to the moving situation, I wasn't too sure what was happening for me in the job portion of the situation. I thought yesterday was to be my last day so last week, I gave her my voluntary termination slip and then a day later gave her two addresses to see if she can get me a transfer. I didn't request a leave of absence and when I find out that I got one more week. I call in to talk to her and she informed me that she accepted and put in my termination.  I'm happy I don't have to work there, but I'm slowly kicking myself in the butt because I didn't do things correctly. | |

| So while I was getting ready to make a nice cup of green tea, my brother was asking a question about girls and based off my reply that was based off a song he asked if I had a girlfriend. I told him I don't have one and he was actually interested in why I don't have a girlfriend. My younger brother is actually interested in something about me without trying to mocking me like my older brother. I mean my older brother does give advice like you all do. It's just surprising to me that he is interested in stuff about me. We both look up to my older brother, but he wasn't interested in stuff about me like that before. I didn't answer him yet, but I am quite flattered that my younger brother is showing interest. Hopefully he will be willing to learn a few things from me in the near future. I'm not my older brother, but I kind of wish that he kind of looks up to me too. | |

My mom said we are leaving on Thursday to New Jersey. I'm thinking that her transfer went through. I filled the paper on my voluntary termination. Now Tuesday, I have to go to work and let them know that "hey, I'm leaving Thursday, but I still might stay up here for a little bit." She didn't hear anything as of yet. People believe I'm leaving and might not come back when I leave Thursday.  Well, the only good news is that I will have the possibility to get that transfer. She's confusing me! | |

| When I'm gone to some, it will be like I never existed. To some I will be missed. I say so be it. I will be glad to be gone because some weren't real to me anyways. I'll be moving on and moving to better things. No more nonsense for me. | |

| Looks like I will be moving to NJ after all. Most likely by the end of the month. Before I leave, it looks like I have bills to pay too. I'm going to miss my friends, hopefully if my money situation doesn't end in a negative way, I can go and see them every once in a while. Things are probably still looking up for me. I can see my family more often and I don't have to worry about walking to places, because I will have my car as well. Boot camp is months away and I have enough time to get into shape, work and try to rebuild my social life in New Jersey. | |

Got home about an hour ago from MEPS in Boston. I'm so happy and I was congratulated by my Recruiter and the others at the recruiting office. I am happy for myself right about now. I have a strong feeling I made the correct choice.
I am now in the Delayed Entry Program starting today and I also represent the 202,000 soldiers in the United States Marine Corps. I will be shipped to boot camp in March of 2013 and I am happy. On Thursday I am going back to the recruiters office to give him my top three choices and I will get one out of those three. Hopefully out of those three, the one I get can lead to me in getting a sooner boot camp date.  I am all set, I have my contract and my boot camp date. | |
