| People with a veil, they love to play around with powders... on the wall and on the floor, these taint peoples' face but not them for they wear a veil. And the garbage trucks should not be zooming around during daytime. There should be a time frame to collect all the garbages of the day. These zoom by irritating people who stand close to the pavement edge to cross the road. Dirt and dust fly to their face and always some '' infested'' walk by and these infestations will go to these pedestrians' faces...
This should not happen in Vancouver, a metropolitian city so called '' 3rd best'' to live in. ( What a baloney! Who bought the wirter? ) ( Reference blue garbage truck #722161)
The neighborhood starbucks is closed all of a sudden..There has been some weird taste in the coffee from the milk or from the sugar or from the grinded coffee?
All I say is again, if stores properties cannot allow you to stay inside around the clock, do not rent there.
Also there have been quite some garbage collecting companies around not one last... so they sell their trucks to the new comers who do garbage. This industry can only profit if only 2 or 3 companies exist.
Watching Batman movie.... this place is more and more like '' Gotham'' - a good side and a bad side of the city.

Some Red agents imposed as residents here always got glue / concrete and color or s*** or fishscent powder on their fingers and bags and swing at you or point at you when they speak, letting the breeze to carry all these onto your face, clothes and thighs. ( Real Candians do not do this for the majority is not agent trained to do low dirty gestures like this to pull down another person. )
Then another will go to these people’s residence to put blood stain to attract mosquitoes so that the target will have bites on whatever spots with glue and attractants. Then these low people will use the chip reader to frame the target having ‘’ scabies’’ or other ‘’ skin ailment’’ or ‘’bed bugs’’ etc.
Sometimes they even trespass and pollute targets taps to achieve this aim.
Often these happens to those who are or once living at SRO in the area. ( SRO are government assisted buildings which they get a grant of 6k for running the building). And mostly real residents on lower income rent the place. In other words, these have’’ ID cards’’ for human traffickers to collect.

| Someone I met at the investment store in 90s was chip reading me and we started to talk.

Here is my advise to him….
1.Only rent stores that allow you to stay inside 24 hours. Always have someone inside, and lock with a bar across the door. So no keys or cards can open from outside. Or open 24 hours.
2. The night market is quiet for there are some Mau shan jumping around here every now and then at night. But there are people still like staying out and eating out at night. Use a small window like for Car pick up food after dark.
3. Glass windows should be cut to minimum and with bars to protect it on the outside. Wind breaker with iron (pull down) gate should be used instead of glass doors to keep air conditioning in.
4. Wooden chairs and tables – the old style ones should be used. Fancy ones can be considered when business is good. NO frills style… - more like ‘’ Chinatown’’.
5. Water quality must be tested. Best if the water tank of the building is with the store. Toluene must there to wash the taps and utensils before opening.
6. Currently pricing of combos is around 5-8 dollars depending on choice of meat and veggies. But congee is different. Recommending 5 dollars per bowl. – This pricing is good already in HK (HKD50 ) where the store rental prices and labor is much higher. This pricing will have a lot of customers.
7. If some stinky and unwanted drunkard guest are creating trouble, you can always call police. Do not let them ‘’ fight ‘’ inside.
8. Never lend any pens to eaters. Washrooms should be watched. ( They love to clog to toilet and draw on the washroom walls to yarn for cleaners business )
9. Try to only stay with 3 staff and minimal space, the customers can eat elsewhere.
We have a group of bad elements that feed on renters here. They make you fold in a couple of years feed on the renovation and the second hand steel kitchen wares…..
10. ONLY HIRE REAL LOCAL WAH KIUS NEVER HIRE COMMUNIST AGENTS …. BRING YOUR OWN STAFF.
This 10 rules… .will make your store last. These agents are making business for their ethnic group realtors, love to ruin your business.
