1. My ex and I have lived apart since 1997. Last seen in 2000 in Hong Kong. I moved back to Canada in 2003 and he remained in Hong Kong ever since. In the meantime, I only have his email address, emailed him a few times on getting an address to file divorce, but he never replies. I disagree uncontested divorce which a UBC Law student suggested. He could be fathering a child by his current gal friend in Hong Kong.
Although I had not financially depended on him in the past, I think he should not disappear like this. Now I do not have a job and would like him to repay my favor. I don't think this is too much to ask for. My pay even constituted the main salary requirements in sponsoring his parents and siblings to Canada in 93. And he was convicted of wife abuse and was on probation for 16months around 1994.
Can I still ask for alimony, and file divorce after living apart, since 97 when I currently fall short of income?
2. I would like to do a search on legal contracts or agreements or trust with my name or address by legal offices in Hong Kong or Australia.
* My grand pa is Lun Wai Ling owning land in HK in early 1900s please find his estate for my papa Lun Chun Yin Jerome. ( I am his only fresh and blood my brother is half brother )*
a. Possible estate or trust with me as beneficiary from my mom Lun Fung Siu Ling moved to Australia from Hong Kong
or Fung Kwok King Victor ( Currently in Hong Kong ). Ex- Chairman of Airport Authority, Hong Kong. On Forbes American Citizen, he said he wrote me a trust in 2012 Summer, but I never receive it.
b. A covenant made between Li Kar Shing and my parents Lun Chun Yin or Fung Siu Ling. Relating to me and Richard Li. ( Lun Yee-tak, Priscilla and Li Tzar Kai, or Li Tzai Chi ). I got my parents’ Hong Kong ID number when needed. This convenient should be made in 1968-1973.
My previous address in Hong Kong was changed, they changed the address from 53, Tai Hang Road to 3 Fuk Kwan Road. ( using the intersecting street ) wonder if some big person wants to hide the convenant to make computer sorting difficult if the street address no longer exists.
3. Improper eviction procedures:
I was harassed out of my previous owned apartment at 735 Don Mills Road #1004 by someone in City of Toronto uniform in 2006.
The apartment was winterized since. And because of there was no eviction notice received, I was only given 20 mins to pack.
My belongings except those I could carry with me was left there, the car battery was dead one week prior to the eviction. I still got the ownership on me. They never contacted me ever since I moved out. This caused me a lot of anguish, inconvenience and loss.
I would like to seek compensation for the hardship I endured ever since or as a result of this. The place was not sold and should be returned to me after 2013. I was not aware of my rights in this matter until recently. No one ever contacted ever since.

Also pertaining to the construction invoices Richard and Li family gave to my cousin Lam Chuen Sang Bosco - Owner of Lam Construction in Hong Kong Wanchai, according to industry practices, there is an insider commission of 6 percent on every purchase invoice given to Lam because of me. Ever since the 80s, the Li family has given Lam over 10 billion HK dollars in purchase orders. ( That is why I need to find the convenant made by Li and my parents in 68-70s)This amounts to over 4 billions in Hong Kong dollars with inflation and interests over 20 years.
I am entitled to claim this sum of commission. ( The covenant mentioned earlier with Li and my parents will make this very relevant.)
5. I was framed wounding by my uncle Fung Kwok Wai in 2011 and applied for appeal in Hong Kong. I have not heard from the court yet. They said they reversed the verdict
I don't know if my mail has been held up or what causes the '' non receipt '' of the communications involved.
I need to know if the court has over turned its decision since my uncle did that for 'out of court settlement money' since 1970s and has exceeded the 25 times limit to earn its benefit as a plaintiff in a repeated case for he created the precedent. He changed his name ( From Fung Kwok On ) to get another 25 times for the computer may not sort out his previous occurrences as plaintiff.
This affects my name as I am a Consultant regardless if the record follows me back to Canada or not.
A lawyers correspondence will have more pressure for a reply from the court.
I suspected this act was to discredit me if I take legal action to claim what I should get from Bosco Lam, and also to find out what is on the Covenant. Bosco Lam is also his nephew. But a much richer nephew.
Also, this is the only way to get my ‘’ hand print’’ I think this is related to my share of my grandpa land in Hong Kong.
6. I wonder if the Government can provide you who are reading me using radio frequency chip readers. ( They are using Big Brother to read their subjects)
Some in the Li family were reading me and using my ideas, as a consultant, I am entitled to consultant fees that they have not paid me. They promised me using the radio frequency chip messaging, but they never have actually paid me. Mr. Li ( Chairman of PCCW.com of 2012) said he would pay me me 1.8billion HKD in summer 2012using chip transmission, and with 2 percent interest monthly, the sum accrues to around 3 billion HKD by now. Ever since the 80s, the Li family has given Lam over 10 billion HK dollars in purchase orders. ( That is why I need to find the convenant made by Li and my parents in 68-70s)This amounts to over 4 billions in Hong Kong dollars with inflation and interests over 20 years.
I am entitled to claim this sum of commission. ( The covenant mentioned earlier with Li and my parents will make this very relevant.)

There is no way for you to reach me by phone. Li has been in the phone business ever since 2000 and he got shares/bonds with Telus which sells capacities to all the smaller phone companies in Canada. I am also sharing house with others and mail box is never exclusive to me, and I am not home all the time.

| UBC Chinatown Store/ community college is closed tomorrow afternoon for a field trip, find me at Chinatown plaza around 230pm. I have set up a routine to appear at Chinatown plaza mall lobby tables area outside kum Hung tong everyday around 430-530pm I do not use a phone. So this is how you can find me and not mistakening someone look alike as me.
They plastic surgery some criminals and whores from HK into my face, pushing them to marry up for matrimonial money. These could be receiving calls for me in the past getting my chances. And even borrowing in my name. All these are linked to Li who got alot of preferred shares with Telus, our biggest phone provider here in Vancouver.
