My cat Vicky,thats her in my avvy is poorly.She came in today and didnt touch her food just walked round crying really loud,then she started throwing up,then panting and drooling.So i took her to the vets fearing she had been poisoned.The vet examined her she has a high tempertaure and he wanted her to stay in. he thinks its something shes eaten or a bug shes got but not poison thank god.I have to phone up in the morning to see how she is and if shes better i can get her back tommorow night or on Friday.Its really odd her not being here i will have cold feet tonight as thats where she sleeps  | |

29570 points | i hope shes home with you soon,there stronger than what we think,my dog got run over and his front legs were smased they operated put till pins and plates in and he was home in 6 days,if he has to stay in for more than a couple of days ask if you can go and see him,i know you must be missing him but rea scared at the same time,i hope its not long untill you get your feet warmer back again as good as new.

7019 points | | Thanks guys but im afraid its not looking good.I phoned the vet this morning and after some blood tests they now think it is poison.Her liver is not working well and she is on heat lamps as she is cold.I am going down to see her in half an hour and to speak to the vet some more i really hope she will be ok she is my baby girl. |

7019 points | So i just got back from my visit to pet hospital and feel a bit better after seeing her. My poor girl is hooked up to a drip and so weak she cant stand but still shuffled forward for cuddles off her mum. What ever it is has affected her heart and liver,the vet said he hopes she will get better but could not say if she would.I have to phone again in the morning then i can visit in the afternoon  Just hope she pulls through. |
