My doctor upped my anti-depressant dose. Coz my current dose wasn't effective. So I'm hoping this new dose works.

	Another thing that helps is to try and find something to occupy most of your time, I have been through depression so understand what your going through. By finding something that is positive and occupies your time, your mind has less time to reflect upon negatives within your life. Plus the added benefit that your doing something worthwhile and can reflect on as time goes by to your acheivements
