	bleh! i just found 2 hairs in a burger king burger!! i got a refund for it but not with any good customer service!! Maxi will bak me up he saw me pull the hairs out!! Burger king has no complaints phone number to ring either!!! so i am reporting them to enviromental health!! 7 comments \| Reply

	I will be off on Scout Camp in about 20 mins so won't be online til Sunday afternoon at the earliest, with regards to the amount of sleep i have had over the last few days...if the Scouts are anything but tired then they are coming on a 5 mile nite run with me to tire them out 9 comments \| Reply

lately it feels like i am the only one walking the path i am on...walking alone while chaos goes on around me....my path is not gonna waver nor are my convictions.. i know where i am going, i will help those i feel need it and move on to the next

the chaos around me will only be chaos for so long...the time is coming...i hope you are all prepared for the changes

	one of my best mates Dean Bexton committed suicide around 11 years ago....wow has it been that long mate? i know that you are still around and i know u will be watching over your family...just be sure to come around for a chat anytime you want i know you will be suprised at how much i have changed lol R.I.P its kinda hard wi u not around, i know u in heaven smilin down 5 comments \| Reply
