Court Today

So today I have to go back to court. This time it's over the damage my husbands ex did to my car. I have to say I am dreading it because I just hate being in the court room. Court is at 1pm so Ted went into the office but he's taking off early to meet me at the court house. I'll just be glad when all of this is over.

I could'nt beleive how friendly she was even when she's sending someone to jail she's really polite about it. Teddy is so calm about all of this . I hope I can be that way today.

	Shut out his ex and pretend she doesn't exist. The only person who matters is the judge (and Ted of course!). In fact, imagine her on Mars....I did that last night and it was surprisingly peaceful here on Earth with only the 6 or so people I decided I wanted to exist at that moment

but she is liable, and i would sue the pants off her! just so she leans her lesson...messing with peoples cars is just juvenile and immature. costly as well! last year, i ran smack into a red corvette, just sitting there, with seconds to respond on a rainy day. i tried to turn, but it wouldnt budge. she was married to a cop, who said 'it looks like no fault to me'. wtf? but, then the deputy came and made a report and it came out all good! cost: nearly 4000.00 for a radiator and body work and car rental.
