I'm going grocery shopping alone for the first time since moving in with Ted. His son is in college but he's home for the summer . Ted has a 17 year old daughter at home as do I. Ted and I will be leaving for a cruise on Thursday evening and the three kids will pretty much be on their on for a few days.

I'm having a difficult time learning what Ted and kids enjoy for meals so I'm a little nervous. I had each of them make me a list of things they liked so that I would be sure to get things everyone enjoyed.

I may be overeacting to this situation but I don't want to alienate Ted and his children by buying only the things that Kayla and I like. I am going to have a huge shopping bill today but oh well it's worth it.
