I had my first chiropractic appt today. Soooo weird! They scanned me, x-rayed me, examined and "stimulated" me.

I have to go back tomorrow to have all the test results explained to me and decide on a treatment plan. It's kind of cool. They can adjust you without cracking or popping you, thank God.
Also have a doubles match in the morning. WHOOP!

	My back has given me problems for years, but with all the tennis I'be been playing it's gone up a notch or two. My back doesn't feel better as quickly as it used to. About 3 weeks ago I messed it up while playing...finally caved in and am getting some treatment. It's not TOO bad, but I want to be great.

	Me too. It works out well...I have a match in the morning and the "big" chiro appt at 1:20. My back will be in a mess by the time they do the first treatments. Hopefully it'll help my muscles relax post play. I also went shopping today. Found myself some sute shirts and shorts. YAY! I'm so easy to please. "Yeah, my back hurts, but look at these cute shorts!"
