Feeling glum today and can't seem to shake it. That's not like me. If I can't kick myself into happy, I'm going to get annoyed.

I don't even want one though No cravings so far at all and I spent time with a lot of smoking friends yesterday!

	None so far - just my asthma kicking up s**t. But - I truly think I have done it. I am so proud! I don't smell, I haven't spent my last remaining emergency Ł5, I didn't wake up choking... it is all good

It's crazy how much you'll notice smelling clean and fresh. For me it was anyway. I could really smell my shampoo on my hair instead of cig smoke. And I loved smoking. If I can stop, I swear, anyone can.

I was the same way...somehow identified with it as if it were a part of my personality. After a bit though, NOT smoking becomes just as much a part of you.

	Yeah. At first I felt insecure about not having the cig in my hand. Now I don't. It is all good. I have to control my eating though. Food just tastes better.

	Food tastes stronger too. While I was smoking, I loved mustard on sandwiches. After I stopped, I couldn't take it. It just tasted so strong. Flavors change..it's kinda cool actually.
