remeber my littlie puppy milo. well i made a post a while back about how he had fallen ill and had to spend a wekk in the vets

now he is better again (and chewing my toes again)

in the end the vet said he had (wait for bad spelling) parvo virus ad he might have been younger then wha we were told.
so i had to feed him on puppy milk and chicken and fish 4 times a day.

now he is back to his fatty little self.

i have not been feeling to great today. i think i caught my b/f cold

so i asked my boss if i could take some time off this week using my holiday pays and she said yes

so this thursday and friday i am not at work and i have a four day weekend. i can't wait. i think i am going to the health spa at the gym and sit in the steam room for the weekend.

i would love to get rid of that much weight. i am starting a new routine today and i am going to see how it goes.

just though i would have a mone about work because i am really pissed off with it at the moment and i would love another job. i have sent and application off the the fire service and i have not herd form then i 2 months, but apparenly they take the process up to you start training is about 2 years. i hink if i have to work in this job for two years i will hit someone.

this are looking up thought i just got all my gym stuff up and running and it is fun so gives for something to look forward to at the end of the day. well unless my b/f is coming round then i look forward to seeing him

well that is my month so far what about everyone else?

thank god it is friday. this week at work has just gone on soooooo long.

i think if it was not friday yet i would have called in sick. it is not like if you keep your self busy then time will go faster it is one of those jobs that is soul distroying. it would help if the people i worked with were not a pain in the ars.

i need ice cream
