Went back to my part time job today....thought I quit last week, but apparently I did something wrong. So there I am back early this morning wondering what the hell I am doing this for, besides the pitiful wage and free golf at any of the courses here.
Actually the best thing about being gone a half day is that when I get home Ivan, Frank, Ed, and Earl are actually happy to see me. course Ivan just wants out to pee. Frank and Ed just want a jummy treat...and Earl wants a piece of popcorn... Smard bird. | |

| This afternoon after smoking "Spoonbill Fish" for over 20 hours, I took it off the smoker. It could have stayed a couple hours longer but upon hearing a severe weather forcast on the radio, I decided to avoid getting soaked. While I had the fire going I also smoked a pound of coarse sea salt... Yet another exciting Sunday at The Lake of The Ozarks! | |
