| My friend is so selfish. In our school we have two time schedules. The morning and the afternoon. My friend and I were in the afternoon schedule. But then I wanted to go to the morning schedule because of my dance cla** and you know what she said?
if your really a true best friend you shouldnt leave us jst bcoz of a sched...
That's silly and immature.
I get irritated everytime I think of it.
I understand that she doesnt want me to leave since we're "close" but when was she there for me? When I was talking to her about my boyfriend troubles all she thought of was her frigin boytoy and what to get him for his birthday.
And then in the end she said stuff like:
I was just about to invite you to my birthday party.
Just forget about it.. I have to make plans for my birthday party but you're still invited.
Does she expect me to grovel at her feet and thank her for inviting me?
I dont think so.
Damnit I'm so pissed. | |

Hey calm down about it, and even if you are pissed at her say thanks anyway.
She sounds pretty silly, but some girls are |

That wont work with her! She's dense so she'll think that I did want to leave her behind! Argh. |

Ogler 26828 points | WOW, that is really a crappy move. I had a friend that used to do that. We only hung out when she wanted and we always talked about her issues. I finally stopped being her "go to girl" and she got mad......tried to tell me I wanst really a friend if I didnt do stuff she wanted.
Ditch her, if you want a different schedule, get one!!! Its your life and some things (like true friendship) will last through a little change like that. |

Über-Meister 2478 points | Thanks everyone. You're all right. I figure she's not a real friend and I deserve better friends that will always be there for me. You know, cause of her I got closer to the guy that she was stringing along. He suffered the same thing but it was worse because he liked her a lot. Now we talk a lot and he understands what I go through. In exchange for losing a friend I gained someone I could trust. So all in all this fight wasnt such a bad thing. |
