I don't know why

I don't know why I feel depressed...I just feel depressed. Nothing really is happening in my life that would make feel like this. I just don't really care about anything anyone anymore. Is that a bad thing? I hope not...I just..Sadly...I want to be alone and listen to music the whole time...I just feel so sad...

	Sometimes depression doesn't need a reason and comes out of the blue. My suggestion would be to see your doc. and see if he/she can help you with it before it gets out of Control. If it's already out of control the the same applies even more so, see your doc and get help for it immediately. JMO
