| Okay this may seem a little weird to be writing about something so personal, but I was just seeing if any other women on here are on the birth control Yasmin? I have become a monster on this stuff. I swear for about a week and a half I have like a split personality, this stuff should be illegal..lol. But seriously, has anyone tried something a different type of b.c. that doesn't make you crazy? When I'm not on it I'm fine, but it's like I'm a totally different person when I do take it. Any advice??? | |

31117 points | I get migraines, but I've never had migraines like I had when I was on Yasmin. Absolutely hate it! After 10 days, I was so completely miserable that my gyn switched me to a different pill.
At that time, they switched me to LoEstrin and now I take Ortho-Tricyclin Lo. |

31117 points | Yeah, I'm taking Ortho-Tricyclin Lo now. It's fantastic! I don't get migraines from it and my skin is really clear (that has always been a problem for me right before I start). And I really don't notice any kind of side effects at all.
I'd call my gyn and let them know about the headaches and the moodiness, though. That's what I did. Plus, if I recall correctly, one of the possible side effects of Yasmin is headaches. |

140 points | Yah I'm def gonna call, like in the next day or two. It's funny because I would like to think of myself as somewhat normal or lets put it this way, I'm somewhat sane...So I couldn't imagine someone that might be a lil' unstable on this stuff, it could be pretty dangerous..lol.
