Is Lucozade actually good for you when your ill or is it just really good advertising? 
if you cant eat its got glucose in, the lucozade sports is probably the best because it has electrolytes in as well, so it helps boost energy when you cant eat solids. |

Yeah I cant keep anything down (sorry for being graphic). Ive only been able to stomach lucozade the last 24 hours, before that I was drinking sugary water

Idk tbh. I felt iffy on Tue. Had lunch, stuck at work. Came home Tue night, ate dinner, then Blurgh all damn night. Wasnt sick yday but then I didnt eat yday. Had a narna this morning which didnt stay long. |

I know you dont wanna, but you must have adequete fluids inside you. If the nausea doesnt go away then you gotta contact the doctor at least incase you have hyperemisis gravidum. |

its just a posh word for severe morning sickness, except it doesnt have to be in the morning nor at the early stage of pregnancy but if you arent properly hydrated it can cause big problems. So make sure you do see the Doc if you cant keep the fluids down. |

I know I feel hydrated bc I just wanna stick my gosh darn head and a tap and glug...I cant quench that thirst.
