November 18, 2008 @ 02:46:25 am I'm just so not happy right now I just dealt with a former student (I work at a college) and they got all angry with me. I'm sorry mister, but yes transcripts cost $5 and it takes a day or two to get it processed!! He's like "well I'm coming in tomorrow night to pick it up" and I said she would contact him if it will take longer... he just couldn't believe that it would take so long for a transcript to be processed... Well maybe if you would have done this ahead of time instead of waiting the day before you NEED the transcript, you wouldn't have this problem!!! He even went into a little talk (like a rant) about how our school costs way too much and how we charge all these fees.
