| Ok so for those of you who read yesterday, here is an update on my auction finds. Let's see I bought some nascar stuff for my brother for next Christmas. Wooo-hooo talk about an early start. Now, let's just see if I remember where I put it when Christmas rolls around. Then I got like five bags of gummy bears for my daughter. Hey, they were only 50 cents. Who cares if it takes her six months to eat them. Then I bought three baskets full of stuff for a dollar just for the entertainment of seeing what was in them. Turned out to be a couple of stuffed animals (like Isabel doesn't have enough of those already,) some coasters, some candles which I can use, a few other trinkets, (my favorite) a rubber ducky. hahaha Everyone needs one of those, right? So, now I'm off to the grocery store to see what kind of fun we can have there. I truly believe that it's best to try to make every experience in life a positive one. Ok, so I'm really trying to psych myself up here because I'm feeling lazy and don't really want to get out of my pajamas just to go buy a bunch of healthy food that won't break my diet. *waaaa* Ok, I'm over it. | Well, let's see. Today, my Fiance, James, worked all day which means me and Isabel, age 17 months, are on our own. So far, we've covered the kitchen in yogurt. Yeah, big oops! We played in the bath tub to clean the yogurt of ourselves, or rather she played and I tried to steer clear of the splashing. We've read the same book 7 times, and we had a nap. Hahaha Guess it's been a pretty normal day so far. It's looking up though. We're going to an auctin tonight. I'm an auction nut. I love to stay until the very end when they're just trying to get rid of stuff. Then, they just throw things in boxes and sell the boxes. You don't even know what you're getting, but it's cheap. I love to buy these boxes for a dollar or two and then bring them up to check out my loot. Your probably thinking I'm crazy, but that's ok. It's cheap entertanment, and even if I throw everything away because it's nothing but junk, I still only paid a couple of dollars fr the fun. hehehe I'll have to write tomorrow about all the weird stuff I got. | |
