maybe you should start off slow with the excerise.

Used to do the 10km in about 35 minutes. I think it took me about 45 minutes this time.

Anyway, I'm going to go get myself an iPod and use it during my exercise... my ancient iPod-mini just gave up the ghost a few days ago 
So far, so good. Usually, when I get myself into a good routine, I somehow get myself injured again or something comes up which takes up almost all my time.

Ogler 29872 points | hi,i love your pic and if you want to lose the weight you will,i dont know how far that is cos im disabled i can manage to walk from one lamp post to just passed the other,but im gonna start swimming cos it will help my muscles and thats where the prob is and im big to so the water will help with that.keep it up your get on the scales one day and you would have lost it. jen
