Well, my quest to get a picture of me on the torture rack has taken a bad turn. The
physiotherapist isn't putting me on traction anymore since the injury has improved.
I'm not in that much pain anymore. Actually, the pain is mostly gone. However, to replace it,
there is this dull ache running down the muscles surrounding the sciatic nerve.
Soon, I'll be almost good as second-hand. 
Since it's a muscular ache, the torture rack isn't much good anymore so the
physiotherapist is trying another method. The muscles are deep so heat isn't much use
too. He whipped out this weird machine that looks like a plasma cutter without the
plasma, and proceeded to bombard and pulse the heck out of the affected muscle. Deep
ultrasound treatment.
Have to admit, now that the part is treated, I can feel the ache from OTHER parts which
were not treated. They were masked by the ache of the most affected. 
Oh well, I am getting better.
Slowly.
Still, I have to take things easy, remember not to carry heavy objects, and mostly, I still
have to rest.
But soon, I WILL be back to normal again.

In other news, my cousin based in New York just came to visit. He came with his girlfriend
and I can see they are so happy together. They make a lovely couple 
She was from Hawaii and is of Vietnamese descent, but very much American.
I am so happy for him and am smiling so much my face is hurting but it's a good thing
He went through a bad breakup with someone about the same time my heart was
shattered. I think it was a bad for him then, but then, like me, he's tough
Poor fella looks like a xerox of me! I'm so glad a lovely girl like her found his heart of gold
attractive enough to love him. And I can see he loves her a lot too! They make a lovely
couple.
Will see him again on Sunday when the whole clan is getting together for a bigtime feed.

well...that is crazy there are alot of people out there with the same type of injury. Well, it was worth asking about, eh?
Oh, I am happy that your cousin is in love  So, when are they getting married? Has he popped the question yet? Its great to hear people bounce back from a bad break up and is able to love again. Have fun at the family get together on Sunday. Sounds like ya'll will have a blast |
