	I hate when you see someone park in a handicap spot who is CLEARLY using someone elses hang tag. Like when a 20 something in PERFECT health pulls in, throws the tag on the rear view and then goes jogging into where he or she is going!

Some disabilities are not visible to the eye. And you don't know what type of disability they have unless you ask....... So even if they can walk, you don't know what other disability they have, and they do have one for if they didn't they wouldn't have the special card that states they have one. The Cards stating they're disabled can't be bought at WalMart, they have to go through a process before attaining a Disability Card, and pay for it.
