I want to go to sleep, im f**king exhausted, but they are too busy getting f**ked up with their friend over.

Dads been drunk every f**king night the past two weeks, he is getting worse.

All I want to do is sleep but they are too drunk and too loud.

It's making me really upset.

I asked him to stop drinking and he said he did, but he still is. Thanks for lying to me Dad.

I feel so f**king useless.

That's understandable, you "work", you are tired and need your rest..
You are behaving more responsibly than they..
Couldn't you just 'ask' them if they could please be quiet?
Or would that prove futile?
(Ear plugs really do help, if you don't have any..get the foam kind with multiple pairs in a pack, they are disposable so you don't get an ear infection).

I'm too exhausted at the moment both emotionally and physically.
