Tequila's life.
The Journal of a pain in the ass.
Public entry Tonight was awful :(
July 19, 2008 @ 09:26:00 am
We went out to dinner as a family (just my family).... I thought us getting out would cheer us all up.
I did for a while, we were joking around etc.
Mum, Dad and my brother weren't as close to Tanya as I was... But they still really knew her..

I was doing really well, until as we were leaving and I broke down in tears. For the first time since the bad news I lost it. Infront of all these people and I couldn't help it. It all so f**king terrible.

I spoke to Brad before I left, he just cried in my arms, and I cried in his.

The funeral will be so sad.

I really miss her.

the fact you cried will help your mourning process,it doesn't matter about the people who saw you,you must grieve and it will hurt like nothing else,my hubby lost his mum 18mths ago and hasn't shed a tear, its all there but won't come out so his grieving has gone internal and he has been quite seriously ill at times, its good you and her husband could hold each other and cry,you will cry at the worst places too,but let it happen

My Dad just hug me and told me to let it all out.

I tried but I just don't want to cry. I still just can't understand why

its o.k to come to us and vent,i shouldn't think there would be anybody who would take it seriously,as you said everyone else is to close to it,if it helps vent away if it helps you x
