Not being able to say what you want!! Express how you feel!! Instead of just rambling on about bulls**t and covering up what you really need to say and not being to speak your mind!!!

I have to make things a million times harder for myself and It's starting to really f**king bother me

It's funny how the one thing (free speech/self expression) that is productive in all social situations and really healthy for us as humans, is the one thing that socially we are taught to disguise, suppress.

I can understand that in work situations etc, you need to keep a lid on your opinions because you represent the company, but don't ever hide what you really think. Speaking your mind is being true to yourself and being yourself in the purest form.
