Debater 6202 points | it was absolutely f*cking awesome,
first day, thick fog closed in around us, we could see about 15-20 meters and when you don't have a path to follow it's just crazy.
camp site was a wind tunnel, a little valley just off the top of the moors. 20k(ish)
day two, still foggy, but we didn't spent much time up there with it
we crossed 5 rivers that day
3 of which had stepping stones under the water level, the other two we had to jump (with bags on our back)
lovely camp site, got there at 4pm, camp up by 4:15
sun was shining so we just relaxed, i'm ginger, so i'm no a bit crispy but it was worth it.
20k(ish)
day 3
bog, mash and sun
hadn a cup of tea in the morning and we set off
this was basically a walk to the mini bus
9k(ish)
all in all, i had a awesome time |
