I at this point in time do not enjoy life
Today was a bad day,
but I didn't let the people I was talking to know that because i'd just feel guilty and they'd probably try and make me feel better.
But today was one of the s**ttiest days i have had and one of the worst suicialish days i have had....Iam on a diet and so far havn't eaten because i have forgotten because ive been busy...

how can i make my self feel better?

	hun you need to eat something and i will bet my last sandwich you will feel better your body spirit and soul needs fuel and without it it will be hard for u to last dont wait another second stand up and head right over to the fridge and grab a piece of fruit or yoghurt and ur day will turn around im sure i know these things as im very old light and love

	you can start by having something to eat. no matter how much people need to diet you still need to eat. and you say you are 13? if you are being honest about your age, why do you need to diet? children need to eat proper meals and lay down good supplies for adulthood
