Quite nervous.. i used to cry whenever i had to go before.. lol...

well it was first of all my tutor who wanted me to speak to the counselllor.. i said i would because i had been thinking about it for ages.. and then i stopped in the room and said to my tutor, nearly in tears, that i couldnt go without drinking and she declared that she was incredibly worried about me.. especially since she saw me on a suicide site (dont ask!).. she asked if i would talk to the child protection woman in the office (who happens to be the tutor next door to mine and i like her cos she's funny) and i obliged simply because i like the woman and she has offered to talk to me whenever she and I are free and I want to.. i even told her about my SH today.. So i'm happy without having to talk to friends or relatives etc.

	well good luck dont cry sometimes a counslor can be really nice and some are just mean!!! but i am sure u ll be fine

	I'm still at counselling (for some absurd reason)... but I need to ask someone something really important and I'm so scared they'll say no...
