Going on a diet.

I went the family planning clinic on Friday to get the pill, I've put on weight, I knew I had but didn't realise it was so much. I'm not overweight but I'm not very happy. It's ever since I quit smoking. So I'm going on a diet, well not a diet as such but I'm going to start eating more healthily.
