A cumberland sausage casserole It's baking away as we speak - erm - well, ok not speak, unless you're on my msn and can literally speak to me - but you know what I mean
I'm going to do a broccoli, mashed potato and a garlic bread to go with it - and the fridge is full of chilling cool ones

Anyone want some

Oh WOW yummy pa** some over this way sounds excellent.I think it is awesmoe that you cook.I didn't marry a man who could cook, unfortunately SUCKS!! especially when I don't feel well enough to cook for us.I made a wonderful dish myself.Ok here it is:

RICE WITH SLIVERED ALMONDS,RAISINS,AND SPINACH:SERVES 2
First take 1 cup of either Lemon/orange water (it's bottled water w/lemon/orange taste in it),orange juice, applejuice, chicken broth or plain water.Add as much Golden/Reg.raisins/Craisins (Dried Cranberries)(Or any type of dried fruit that you love) as you like.I put in mine I think 1/4 cup.(The raisins will plump up,add seasonings such as for mine I used Crushed Mint about 1 Tablespoon (I love mint)You can add salt,pepper,1 Tablesppon of butter.Bring to a boil which ever you choose for the taste.Next add 1 cup of minute Rice (Fast cooking rice)Turn off heat and let sit.Next take about a handful or so of fresh baby spinach and rough chop, and add to rice.Give it a stir,so the heat will cook the spinach a little. In a small skillet add slivered almonds I used a handful and toast a little with butter,be careful to not to burn them.I had mine on Medium heat but I watched them very closely and stirred them. Now add to your rice mixture and stir all together. Now enjoy and serve.Oh I loved it very good. Here is one more recipe that every kid and grown up would love-VERY DELICIOUS.

SPANISH RICE WITH OUT THE HEAT:SERVES ALOT
First take a Large white onion and chop it,set aside.Next take a Large green pepper and do the same and set both aside. In a large skillet or big pot add 1 pound of ground chuck/round beef, and cook it til Medium Large crumbles.Cook til all the redness is gone and drain in a collander.Add back to pot and add Vegetables cook on Medium heat til both are soft and onions a little translucent. Now add 1 cup of Minute Rice (Fast cooking) and 1 can of tomatoe soup (Campbel's brand prefered 10 and 3/4 ounce can)and add from the can filled with water to it as well.Give it a stir and let it simmer with lid on but do check on it every few minutes and stir it so rice won't stick to the bottom of pot.Let it cook for about 15 minutes or so.Til rice is decent to taste.Serve it is one delicious meal,oh and add salt and pepper to taste.(If you want to add more rice you can but no more than one extra cup and you will have to add another can of water too.

-With these recipes you can definitly play around with them and come up with different tasty concoctions.Like I added a can of corn to the spanish rice, you can add spinach, zuccini, carrots, tomatoes or even jazz it up with different spices too if you like.Oh or even maybe sausage, cook it without the cassings and crumble it.I love it just the way it is though, and it is very filling.I usually just have this with a slice of bread and nothing else except maybe a small side salad.(I thought of potatoes too I have never tried it that way, just popped in my head.If I did I would probably cook the potatoes a little first before adding since this meal is soo fast to make.I have made it in 15-20 minutes top.
