I Have Head Pain...migrane...for those of you that have never had one...imagine your head in a vice grip..slowly and painfully being crushed!!!!
Otherwise a good day all around...well not great but not so bad either.

How's your day going?

	Sorry your head hurts. Yeah, migraines stink, huh? I wish they'd be cured completely. Like a shot you could take once and you'd never get 'em again. My day's been OK.

OH...Squiggl...that sounds so devine...I wish.

I took a pain med...it is nullified for a while...well enough so I can do some work anyhow...

I'm hoping it will go away by tommorrow...don't want to have one for days on end...hate thoughs.

Glad your day is going good Rob...and thanks for the sympathy...LOL...and yes one shot for the rest of my life...that would be nice.

Although they do have a shot that is really really expensive but works within 15 min...had one once when I'd had a migrain for three weeks...it was wonderful.

	i hate migranes they are so painful. try holding an ice pack to your head it helps for me mostly because when i have one it feels like my head is on fire
