110 points | Definitely inappropriate (understatement of the week). Probably someone whose business the company could do without. There is a reason many places proudly hang a sign saying "we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone"
My suggestion is to report him to management, possibly to HR ( if you have such a dept), and hopefully they will send him elsewhere in the future.
In the meantime, you had every right to be mad, given his lousy reactions to your efforts to help, and then at the end of it all, decides to get an extra bonus for himself. Hope you feel better soon, and with luck wont have to deal with him or similar actions again. |

The shop I work for is just a small one (just 8 people working there) but my coworkers will make sure I won't have to deal with that guy if he dares to show up again (which I doubt). I'll tell my boss what happened on monday but I have no name and adress cause he was just an occassional customer, so I don't think there is much I can do.. |
