but I feel incredibly down and lonely today. There is no real reason to be. I went out with the kids earlier and met with a friend for a late pub lunch. But there is something missing. Something s missing today and I just can't put my finger on it.

Anyway thanks for reading and sorry for boring you.

	Definitely loud music and dancing your butt off will lighten things up, does for me anyway and I wake up like that 2 or 3 times a week. Hope you feel better.
