Bloody Airlines.

Ok I am/ was planning to go to Autin tomorrow, finally after my whole family being ill. I had a Email yesterday saying that my times had changed and that i was going to be going on an earlier flight. Which I could not do as my Plane was leaving at nine and I could not get there at that time. So I called the company and said that would not do and that I need a replacement plane.

I finally got an Emial this morning saying that I would notbe able to fly until the Thursday. Which is a bummer as I had plans for the Wednesday night

. But Ok I then look, it is with BA, via Chicago, Terminal 5 and instead of it taking 13 1/2 hours it is going to take me 18 and a half hours and I am not going to get into Austin until 00:15 which means I will have to get a taxi to the hotel.

They refuse to pay for the other flight which is available which is going to Dallas like my original flight because it is more expensive.

So now I am debating on what to do.

	sorry I wont be of much help because I never fly but here we have had problems as well with luggage being sent on without the passengers etc. and planes being delayed I think airlines should compensate would be passengers if it is their fault but I cant see that ever being done I do hope you do get fixed up I wish you all the best Helen
