Ok so I have been working for this company for almost 3 years. At my fisrt store I was there for 2 years and had 2 diffrent store managers. I was tranfered to a diffrent location and as soon as I got tranfered I was supost to get promoted. Well I didn't (this was in January). My second store manager got tranfered to my new store (with me so far 2 stores 3 managers) one month later I got promoted. I got tranfered (with out them asking if I wanted to) to another store (that is 3 stores 4 managers). I was there for one month then I was sent back to the previous store (cause they needed me there) but there was a new manager there (that is 5 managers). I asked the distric manager to tranfer me to a low volume (not so busy) store and she told me NO!!! cause they needed me at that store. I came to find out today that I got tranfered to another store with-out them asking me AGAIN!!! I didn't want to go cause it is by a movie theater and tips suck there. But the manager and distric manager had already made the changes. I was already in the schedule there.
In a way it feels good that all managers want me and they fight for me (that means that I am doing a good job) but I feel like a Starbucks whore going from one store to another.
So that makes 4 stores and 6 managers.
