Well I'm worried. My mom didn't come over today like she normally would and for some reason the thought crossed my mind that something had happened to her and that she might be in the hospital for some reason. Of course I ignore my instincts and just figure that maybe she was busy with something else today. Around 4, low and behold I get a phone call from her saying that she's in the hospital because a few weeks ago she hurt her back by falling in the bathtub. As she normally does she neglects to go to the doctor to check it  . Well, yeah apparently her lower back is sprained and they must perform surgery on her. I hope she'll be ok  . | |

27212 points | | there is nothing we can do for your mum that the drs are not doing but we can send healing prayers for her and for you,im sure she will be ok but it would take a while to recover,im sorry i didnt see where your from but if its from g.b and theres no one at home to help her ask to talk to rapid relief team,they will meet you around your mums nursing bed,they will loan you essential equipment to make life easier for your mum ,and get home care involved to help your mum washing ,dressing, getting food, washing, bedtime, basically any thing she needs and if she only has a upstairs loo they will loan her a comode all the pots inside are new, and this comes completly free,if you live elsewhere you can ask your hospital if they do something simular,and i hope your mum heals safely and that you dont worry too much about her i think if they already had concerns they would have spoken to you about it but i will say my healing prayer and send it with love. |

2328 points | | Thanks jean for your concern. My mother lives close to where I am. I'm going to go visit her at the hospital tomorrow and when she gets out I'm going to take care of her. I'm just very worried about the surgery. Its spinal surgery and I just don't know what I'd do if something happened. |
