	Now days it's a good idea to wear loose underwear, if a man gets knocked down by a car and is taken to hospital and they look at his tight underpants the info that one of the patients wears tight underpants will be known by all the Doctors, Nurses and other the patients.

	That's why my Mum always told us to make sure to wear clean underwear "In case your in an accident". Could you imagine I've been blown up and all my Mum wanted to know was were my boxers clean when they cut them off me. Disgregard that I may well have s**t myself when the blast hit me.

i agree i dont wear knickers when i have trousers on,i had to see a consultant about my knees so thought to wear a skirt and a pair of tights like shorts,i went to the consultant he grabbed my leg twisting it having a good prod of my knee before going to the other one,in all this time i was discretly trying to tell my half day hospital ive got no knickers on,the dr went out and come back a couple of mins longer with two big needles all i know it was very painful cos i was screaming but it took the pain away for 3 weeks,my hubby told me when i was screaming the dr was taking the enjection half out and donr that untill he had done a full circle then he done the same on the other knee.ive had them on my shoulders,back and knee again but put on knickers this time,my hubby said why didnt you put knickers on,i said cos he was looking at my knees if id realized he was gonna try and twist my leg off i would wear knickers .
