I'm learning about ecommerce and interested in people's experiences in surfing for information and purchasing information (ebooks, mailing lists..). I thought a forum would be the best place to start. |

Anyone willing to give me honest info on what they purchased and what made them buy. Did the purchase deliver all that it promised? If not, why not? What makes you hesitate in purchasing a product? |
