and it was a good one. My sup is very happy with me. I didn't get as big raise as he wanted me to have, but it's an OK one. and he has promised me this time round i will get my promotion within a year, but not until next year. If he gives it to me now, i'll be screwed out of money so he's gonna work it so I can get as big raise as possible when he does promote me. Did I mention I love this man??? And this time of round I believe him on the promotion as my work has been really good this year and I've learned a ton of new stuff. So HR cannot say I don't deserve a promotion!!!
