Climate and Hydrological Processes

I wasn't as confident heading into this one, seeing as I only had one day between my exams to really get this stuff down pat.

As the title suggests there is 2 parts to this course. I by far preferred the climate section. Its what came more naturally to me, but the hydrology part was more laboured, more difficult, when in reality it really wasn't.

So I get in and get ready, and we had this really old Scottish lady as our supervisor. She was first of all extremely concerned about the guy in the far left hand corner sitting in the sun, and protested to tell us all that she had done all she could to stop the sun. He looked like he was enjoying himself There were 20 of us in this room. Then she was concerned because the lecturers weren't coming round for this exam and if there was any confusion with the questions she couldn't help us in any way.

So immediately after telling us to pack away our phones into our bags and making sure they were off, she was asking one of us to give up our phone in case of something happening. She then required to be taught how to use the phone, providing all of us with light entertainment before the exam.

So we started and the the questions were The hydrological section sent me into shock, so I went immediately into the climate stuff. I hit the jackpot there, all the easy questions

I'm almost through this section, then someone in the offices above our exam room turned on the music. And turned it up, by what sounded like a CD. The cla** grooved away and stopped working. And we had enough time for a smile at each other. The first song played through, and then the second one started. Looking flustered, our supervisor tried to work the phone. And tried.. and tried. When she finally looked like she had gotten somewhere, the people in the exam room below us obviously got through and the music suddenly went away. So she tried to turn the phone off. But couldn't.

So one part of the exam will be great and the other moderately shocking. It will be interesting to see where my mark ends up after this one! I'm never going to forget that exam, oh no.
