surprise surprise

winter has arrived

it sure has now!

the old sign for me of winter arriving is when the leaves fall off the cherry tree in the backyard. They were green at the start of the week and they are now a very bright yellow. The base of the tree is covered with these leaves too

Couple more days and they will have all fallen off. Now I wait for spring and the blossoms to come back, around september

	It's supposed to be summer over here. Last weekend, it got up to 105F and averaged around 90 something. But now, it's pouring down rain and around 45 degrees.
