Not being able to sleep

BLAA! Three nights in a row now I've only gotten 3 hours sleep max. I'm not tired so I end up finally going to bed at 3am or something silly. Then wake up around three hours later, totally awake, unable to get back to sleep. THEN I go to work and I'm suddenly craving my bed!

	You know what that happens to me all the time. It like your body has a mind of its own. You cant control it and when you try it likes nothing helps. I took meds and still didnt go to sleep. Then its like i'm failing alseep at work but when i get home i'm wide awake.
