A lot going on this week for me.
On Tuesday I had a Speech and Debate officer election meeting after school. I'm running for captain and secretary of next years team. We had to give speeches about why we should be voted and I had to cut mine WAY short because I still had yet to go to a job interview that day at 3:30.
Job interview made me nervous. I stayed confident throughout. I don't know if I got the job yet. The owner said she has one more person to interview and either myself or the other person is going to get the job.
I've had about 5 tests today. I hate tests. who doesn't though?
The whole prom date issue I was having. OH and I didn't mention this in the thread. So after that guy asked me to prom and he left. This kid Mick chimed in. (Before I go on. Let me say that Mick isn't the best looking person ever and to be honest.. he creeps me out!!) He says "Jordan, you deserve much better than him." I just said "Thanks!" and he goes "You know, I was in your study hall in 8th grade and I was majorly attracted to you!" What do you say to that? Thanks? It was very awkward for me. Then he goes "Not wanting to creep you out or make you scared or anything though." I was just thinking.. too late.
Then today.. GAH THIS MADE ME SOOO MAD!!
So in photography I shot my roll of film last night. We had to shoot four objects (6 photos each) in an interesting and unique way in which it's not normally shot. So I shot pictures in my rear view mirror and I shot pictures of my friend on a skateboard but instead of shooting her I shot her shadow. Then a few other boring things. Well, in order to get the negatives out of the container you have to be in complete darkness. You can't even have red lights shine on them or else they are exposed. So I'm in the back and I'm getting everything ready. I get the negatives out of the thing and this Morgan girl opens the door and exposes the film. You are supposed to knock before you go in the door but she didn't. The photo teacher told me to just continue and develop it to see if they are completely ruined. They were. So I had to RESHOOT my ENTIRE roll of film today and the thing is, it wasn't very sunny outside. We would wait for the sun to crack out and I'd take a picture real fast and we'd wait some more. Stupid clouds. |
