I just don't and maybe never will get, why break ups have to be so bitter. I mean, if you don't fit each other, then you don't fit!
If you are not comfoertible, then why stay. And Oh my goodness, if you do not like what is going on befor you get married, then you sures the heck are not going to like it after you get married, so why..... why... oh why.... stay long enough to get married!
I mean, I realy do not look forward to old age alone, but on the other hand I would not want to spend the rest of my life being with someone that dosen't fit. We would only make each other missurable, and grow to hate each other. Better to say, hey you know this just isn't working, and move on. No need to fight about it, or tear eacher down to make it ok to break up. IT IS OK to break up.

Minister 14748 points | | Honey, it's all about rejection pure and simple. No one likes to be rejection. Not everyone has a healthy outlook about breaking up. I for one don't want to be with anyone who doesn't want to be with me. Forcing a relationship that doesn't fit for the sake of having a relationship is unhealthy for both people involved. It's like working a job you hate. It is always better to leave before there are any hurt feelings by both parties. It is ideal but seldom accomplished. Wish I had a better answer for you, dear. |
